This error is caused due to problem in schema synchronization. The proposed resolution is to run the Database Utilities & perform Schema Synchronization.
After schema synchronization has been done, stop the Siebel Server Service, search & delete the file diccache.dat from the Siebel Installation directory, if present.
Now restart the Siebel Server Service for generation of fresh diccache.dat file.
